Installing LiteManager Pro is pretty straightforward. This is what I found out as I explored further past this program’s developer description. Based on its ability to allow remote control over the internet, I decided to try it. This program is a notable alternative to the common remote access program that you might have come across. It runs smoothly even when connected to the target computer, and does not hog much system resources. It can be applied in multiple situations, where another computer has to be monitored or controlled. LiteManager Pro is a reliable and powerful remote access software, that comes with some handy features and options. The drop-down menus of the top toolbar contains tools that are difficult to understand and use. This tool offers a simple and clear-cut UI, aimed at providing ease-of-use for the novices, but it is still quite difficult and takes a lot of time to set it up and get used to it for the first time. Moreover, you can use it to monitor your childs PC, it can also be used in schools and classrooms, teachers can share screens and display your presentations and other educational material on student computers. This tool can be used in offices and work environments to allow managers to watch over users activity while employees are left alone. Moreover, you can control the power management options, use text, audio, and video chat, and use registry editor with the ability to edit data as well as to import and export registry keys.

With this tool you can take full control of the computer, use window demonstration options, task manager, access to Command Prompt, and use the file transfer capabilities. This application comes with a wide range of remote access features and options. The top bar contains a lot of options in the drop-down menus. One that shows group’s tree where the user can view each individual computer connected to it, another that allows access to PC’s, and the one on the right contains modes to control the other PC. The user-friendly interface comes with a clear-cut structure, and is divided into three panes. And the installation process of both is simple and takes only a few minutes to complete. The viewer and server installer are ~26MB and ~12MB in size respectively. Server is to be installed on the target computer, and Viewer has to be installed in the computer that has to be used to control the target computer.

The software comes in two parts, ‘Server’ and ‘Viewer’.

I'm kind of wondering why there isn't a Report function on the Quick Support server portion of many of these Remote Support tools that may deter fraudsters from attempting to use the tool in malicious or fraudulent fashion.

The companies listing it as "TROJAN", should probably still be contacted to update this information, unless there is something in there we need to worry about. I guess the only question I have on this is whether or not it is something that LiteManager needs to contact these companies to resolve this as a false-positive, or are the Anti-Virus companies detecting this on purpose (seeing that many are listing it as RiskWare, not-a-virus, RemoteAdmin, PotentiallyUnsafe) just to warn users if this program been increasingly been used by individuals with malicious intent (like scammers calling pretending to be Microsoft, etc.) like many other remote programs have been misused in the past.
Same goes for regular 4.6.2 ROMServer.exe: The VirusTotal results on 4.6.2 (ROMServer_user.exe downloaded as ROMServer.exe) are worse: AVG, Avast, ESET, Fortinet, Kaspersky, McAfee, VIPRE and 7 others: The file sizes are slightly different though. This downloads the same file name as the one above it ROMServer.exe, which doesn't specify non-admin rights, instead of ROMServer_user.exe to indicate a different file.
